Dried Herbs
I love to use single herbs because then I think it enables me to really get to know a particular plant and what exactly it does. It also means that, rather than having to finish a whole bottle of a formula (made up of multiple herbs) I get to check daily what I need at that particular time. I like to test using a pendulum and I find this removes the guess work, and allows me to refine what I am doing. Then I only take what is relevant and helpful at the time. If you would like me to test which herbs are going to be the best fit for you, I'm more than happy to do this.
I grow many of these herbs organically on my own property, and where that is not possible, source them from reputable sources (preferably organic).
My goal is to help people to think first about herbs, so that they feel empowered in their healthcare decisions, rather than rushing to try pharmaceutical drugs (which I have found often have undesirable and dangerous side effects).
Obviously each person needs to do his/her own research, and it is especially important to be careful with what you are taking if you are pregnant.
