I have been interested in natural health since experiencing some health challenges in 1997. I've always been drawn to herbs. In 2016 I moved to a 6 acre block of bush in rural Waikato and it was the perfect opportunity to go crazy planting whatever I wanted. Thankfully a lot of herbs grew really well in the very rough ground.

I am also the Chief Botanical Officer for Mr Mug vermouth (New Zealand's first company focussed solely on vermouth). As the name implies, Mugwort is the main botanical they use. https://mrmug.nz/
